We are delighted to welcome you to the 115th BiblioCon2027 in Nuremberg, a city of human rights, a centre of scholarship, and a hub for trade fairs and conferences.
The city and metropolitan region of Nuremberg boast a diverse library landscape comprising university libraries, the significant City Library – one of the oldest municipal libraries in Germany – as well as numerous museum and research libraries.
#BiblioZukunft stands for practical solutions and innovative ideas: artificial intelligence and data literacy, digital sovereignty and resilient infrastructure, open science and open culture, accessible services and diversity, ‘third places’ and exciting meeting places, as well as diverse literary outreach and the promotion of reading.
We look forward to meeting you in June 2027 and wish all participants inspiring days and a real sense of optimism and new beginnings.
